Please call the main appointment number when making an appointment with any physician at University OB/GYN Associates:

If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician, you must obtain that before your visit. If a referral is required and you are unable to obtain this before to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule or pay for your visit in full.

Appointments missed or cancelled:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to cancel. If you are calling after hours, please feel free to leave a message with our answering service.
